Retinol 1% in Squalane by The Ordinary.

A 1% stable concentration of pure Retinol suspended in plant-derived Squalene. Retinol is a derivative of Vitamin A and is best known for its ability to erase lines and wrinkles whilst also targteiing photo damage. Squalene has been used here as water and oils can affect the integrity of Retinol and reduce it's effectiveness, Squalene helps the Retinol to remian stable therefore delivering improved results. Squalene is a powerful skin conditioner which also carries anti-oxidant benefits.

Please note: Retinol can be irritating to the skin, especially when first newly applied. Your skin will become more tolerant with continued use. If irritation persists, discontinue use.
