Water-resistant make-up has finally met its match. Germaine de Capuccini Bi-Phase Make-Up Removal Lotion is a gentle tonic that lifts make-up from the eyes and lips with ease. This dual phase lotion contains an oil-based formula (the upper section) that harnesses the power of essential oils to remove water-resistant make-up. The lower section, the second phase, is a water based emollient that cleanses the skin and leaves it in perfect order.
Dermatologically tested. Fragrance-free, paraben-free and suitable for those who wear contact lenses.
Ingredients:
Aqua (Water), Cyclopentasiloxane, Isohexadecane, Sodium Chloride, Pentylene Glycol, Lauryl Glucoside, Dicaprylyl Ether, Benzyl Alcohol, Dehydroacetic Acid, Triethanolamine, CI 60725 (Violet 2), CI 60730 (Ext. Violet 2).

Absolutely gorgeous......although you cannot smell it on yourself everyone else can. I always get compliments.
This is the third brand that I have tried and by far the best . Use it with shaving soap and brush and it gives me a nice close shave finishing off with dab of moisturiser ( never used one before and I am over 60 )

Thought this would be a strong scent and would lather well but just does not do that .
I don't have dry skin, per se, but when I go skiing my skin feels tight in the evening after being in the cold. This works wonders and you only need the tiniest amount. It also doesn't feel too heavy.
