The Grooming Clinic is owned and operated by Henry's Opinion Ltd. whose registered office is at Stable C. Knowle Lane, Surrey, GU6 8JN, United kingdom.
When placing your order with The Grooming Clinic, you undertake that all details provided by you, to us, are accurate and true to the very best of your knowledge. By confirming payment with us on this site, you are confirming that you are the rightful owner of the payment method or have been given prior notification by the owner to authorise any payment which may be associated with purchases at The Grooming Clinic™. Payment methods that are deemed fraudulent with always be reported to the authorities.
Age Restricted Items
By using this site and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are verifying that you are 18 years of age or older. For the avoidance of doubt, we require anybody making a purchase from The Grooming Clinic™ website (www.thegroomingclinic.com) to be 18 years of age or older and by making a purchase through this website you are confirming that you are 18 years old or over.
Product ingredients are subject to change at the manufacturer's discretion. For the most up-to-date ingredients refer to the product packaging.
Delivery and postage of orders should adhere to our delivery options notification advised at the checkout. Where possible we will endeavour to deliver your goods by the specified date but, we cannot be held responsible for delayed orders caused by matters out of our control, ie. third party suppliers facing difficulties meeting delivery requirements.
During the checkout process you will be asked to enter a delivery address for your goods to be sent to. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address entered is completely correct. Any queries raised for lack of receipt of goods that are found to be due to the incorrect address being entered by you at the checkout are your responsibility and the refund or resending of the ordered goods under these circumstances does not fall within our remit to you.
Goods sent using a tracked or signed for service can be tracked and a signature for orders sent using this service within the United Kingdom can be obtained. Orders sent using a tracked facility should be signed for by the recipient only, and once a signature has been received we have fulfilled our commitment to you. Queries raised for lack of receipt of goods when a signature has been provided as proof of delivery will not be investigated by us, under these circumstances you will be required to contact the delivery service provider independently.
No contract between yourself and The Grooming Clinic™ will stand until we notify you, the customer, of dispatch of a positive order. Your initial contact from us will by via email notifying you that we have received your request. This notification does not represent approval of such requests. Only goods sent in dispatch will be governed/covered by any contract between The Grooming Clinic™ and you, the customer.
Voucher Codes and Promotions
Voucher codes and promotional offers may only be used independently and cannot be used in conjunction with each other. A maximum of one promotional voucher or one free gift, where applicable, can be applied to each transaction. Unless otherwise stated, the following items are always excluded from vouchers code promotions: all sale items, Escentric Molecules, Carthusia, The Beautiful Mind Series, Bouddica Wode, The Ordinary, Hylamide. Please note that only voucher code/promotion can be used at any one time.
Paying by Klarna
By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you have read and you fully understand the terms and conditions of Klarna's Buy Now Pay Later service and that you understand the consequences of not paying for your purchase, or paying for your purchase late. You also confirm that the contact details, including but not limited to, your name, your address, your contact telephone number and date of birth, have been entered at the checkout, when placing your purchase at 'The Grooming Clinic', are completely correct and accurate. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that information contained on this website is accurate and correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material and content on this website. We reserve the right to make changes to the content and material on this website, including but not limited to, the prices and products available, at any time without notice. The content and material on this website may be out of date and in-accurate and we make no commitment to update such content and material.
Intended Use and Purpose of Products
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree that;
1. The products purchased by you are solely for personal use are are not to be re-sold.
2. The products will only be used a described and in accordance completely with the manufacturer's instructions.
The content and material available on this website is provided as is without any terms of any kind, including but not limited to, warranties and conditions. We provide you with this website on the basis that we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms (including, without limitation, the conditions implied by law of fitness for purpose, the use of reasonable care and skill, and satisfactory quality) which but for these terms and conditions might have effect in relation to this website, to the maximum extent permitted by English Law.
The Sharing of Personal Information for means of Resolution of a Problem
It may be necessary for Henry's Opinion Ltd to share your details with our service partners for matters that may arise needing investigation. For example, but not limited to, a parcel being reported as undelivered or damaged. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to us sharing your details with our service partners should we need to. During the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to leave a telephone number. By providing a telephone number you agree to us passing this number on to our delivery partners to be used only for the purposes of facilitating delivery of your order, this may include the number submitted being printed on to the address label applied to the outside of the box. Please note that we do not use telephone numbers for marketing.
International orders may be subject to customs charges on arrival into the destination country. Customs charges are the responsibility of the individual who placed the order and must be covered by you. The Grooming Clinic will process the order according to international customs export guidelines and provide adequate paperwork to support the rapid clearance through the international import protocol.
Payment for your order will be accepted once processed by our secure credit/debit card encryption programme. We reserve the right to delay/hold all orders until we are satisfied that the payment method used is undoubtedly legitimate.
Unless stated otherwise, promotions including, but not limited to, free gifts and discount codes, cannot be used in conjunction with each other. Only one code can be redeemed, or one free gift can be offered, in a single transaction.
Right to Cancel
The Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations allow you to change your mind/cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, or a third party receiving it on your behalf, other than the carrier. Refunds/replacements will only be offered once we are satisfied that the goods returned are in saleable condition and have not been used with the original seals and packaging intact. Where goods are returned due to being faulty, the cost of return postage will be covered by us. Where goods are returned as unwanted, the return postage costs will need to be covered by you the customer.
How to Cancel your Order

The above form is a model cancellation form, it's not necessary to use this but providing this information will help us to process your request as quickly as possible.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, these include underwear, personalised items (unless faulty), perishable items (unless faulty) and sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene regulations if the seal has been broken upon delivery. Please also note that products which contain razor cartridges are not eligible for return dues to hygiene regulations and the prevention of communicable diseases.
Products must be returned to us unused and with all hygiene seals intact. Products which have had the hygiene seals broken/opened will sadly not be eligible for return. If the value of products returned to us, by you, is adversely affected by the result of handling by you, beyond what is necessary to establish the quality, nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods, we reserve the right to deduct that amount, up to the original amount paid for the goods, from your refund. We reserve the right to recover this amount from your refund or through requesting you to pay this amount directly to us. Reasonable handling of goods equates to, and does not exceed, what would be allowed under the current consumer protection regulations, at the time of purchase, if the products were viewed physically in a store retail environment.

The Henry's Opinion Ltd mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Henry's Opinion Ltd (“Henry's Opinion Ltd”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Henry's Opinion Ltd’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Henry's Opinion Ltd through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Henry's Opinion Ltd. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to TGCUK or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Henry's Opinion Ltd mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
