Returns & Exchanges
The Distance Purchasing Regulations allow your to amend/cancel your order within 7 days of placing such requests. To cancel your order, simply log into your account and cancel your request. If your order has already been dispatched, you must await delivery, return the goods and notify us of your intention to acquire a refund of monies paid.
Please note: delivery charges made by us, to you, will not be included in any refund. Return delivery of goods to us must be met by the customer returning the goods.
